Cascade Necklace
The Cascade necklace is inspired by the stunning cascade complex of Yerevan. Designed by architects Jim Torosyan, Aslan Mkhitaryan, and Sargis Gurzadyan, this massive staircase is a true masterpiece of Soviet Brutalist architecture. With 572 stairs and fountains in between, the cascade ascends up from Tamanyan Street gardens and pedestrian zone, stretching for 302 meters upwards. These earrings were inspired by the fountains located within the complex. It is a shining example of the beauty of contemporary architecture and a true source of inspiration. These earrings are a tribute to this wonderful landmark, featuring a mix of Soviet Brutalist features and Armenian folk symbols. They serve as a reminder that beauty and inspiration can be found in the most unexpected places.
